Kick Off your Career
A successful mentoring program tailored especially for students to help them gain more confidence and grow their skills. It is a 6 months program launched in January 2020 that has already seen tremendous success within the students community.
Students have the chance to develop skills (Interviewing Skills, Unconscious Bias, Change Management, Principles of Communication, Building Networks) that are not part of their faculty’s educational curricula but are uncontestably essential when they step into the professional field.
Engineering Bootcamp
Engineering Bootcamp is one of our oldest programs dedicated mostly to students with a technical background who want to gain more knowledge and expertise in the areas of Automation and Simulation Solutions and Measurement and Monitoring Solutions.
With 11 editions organized by now, this program is a great opportunity for students to practice what they learn during the school year and even find inspiration and support from our engineers to write their bachelor’s degree papers.
Most of the participants in the Engineering Bootcamp end up being hired on internship roles, and then following the natural career path towards a permanent engineering position.
