Job Shadowing Program – A Glimpse into Software Careers
This May, we are organizing a Job Shadowing program at our premises in Galati, Romania, offering high school students the chance to explore what it’s like to work in a modern software company.
The 1-week program is designed to support early career exploration in the IT field. Participants will:
• Observe software engineers, testers, and designers at work
• Learn about the different roles and responsibilities within a tech team
• Engage in discussions with professionals about their career journeys
• Gain insight into how digital products are planned, developed, and delivered
This experience will help students better understand the software industry and reflect on their own interests and aspirations. It’s part of our ongoing commitment to building strong connections between education and the world of work.
