Mission
Ensure the proper administration, stability, and optimal functioning of applications and services within the assigned technical area. Act as an effective communication link between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and monitor IT applications and solutions.
Resolve incidents in a timely manner for applications within scope.
Maintain application stability, perform upgrades and apply security patches.
Participate as an active member in project teams.
Regularly assess the health of deployed components and take or recommend corrective actions.
Create and maintain documentation for procedures related to administered IT solutions.
Perform testing activities for applications under support.
Provide consultancy and technical assistance for applications in scope.
Required Technical Skills
Administration of Java and HTTP application servers.
Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX operating systems.
Experience with databases: Oracle, SQL, RDS, PostgreSQL.
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and ability to use AI tools.
Experience with Web Services: APIs, SOAP, REST.
Knowledge of integration concepts (message queues, web services, SCA, databases, etc.).
Issue tracking tools (optional): Jira.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Automation tools: Git, Gradle, Jenkins, Artifactory.
Tools: Toad, SQL Developer, IBM Data Studio, IBM MQ Explorer, ODI, SFTP clients.
Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, microservices, web services, ELK stack.
Ability to develop or enhance CI/CD pipelines for modern and legacy systems.
Automation‑driven mindset.
Basic understanding of AI with openness to developing advanced knowledge.
