Role description
Your role as Technical Program Manager will be to plan and coordinate the activities around our IT Disaster Recovery plans. These enable us to learn from the systems and processes and you will be responsible for capturing these learnings and translating them into follow-up actions. Continuous improvement is the name of this game and we strive to continuously improve both the processes and management as well as our systems. You will build your network from the vast list of system owners to collaborate and work on the drill program with you.
The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of technology services and products through the facilitation of technical projects and management of their inter-dependencies, risks and milestone deliverables.
As a Technical Program Manager you will be working with Product Owners, Principal Developers and Managers in Technology, as well as interact with front-end developer and designer customers we deliver to. The programs will include several teams and projects within Technical Operations and you are responsible for driving efficient execution.
This role provides a hybrid way of working with an onsite presence of 2 days/week.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
Define projects; requirements gathering, write detailed functional and test specifications, coordinate efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new feature sets
Work closely with Product Managers to define the roadmap for key projects that contribute to the modernization of our platforms
Lead teams through transition from ideation to execution
Research to better define the opportunity and understand customer requirements
Develop your stakeholder communication as you collaborate with stakeholders and leadership
Collaborate with development teams to build and launch new products, features and programs
Work on systems that are mission critical to the company and are used every day by thousands of developers and operators
Independently lead high complexity (end-2-end) projects, drive multiple medium complexity projects and/or manage program portfolio of technical or security projects
