We have an amazing opportunity as part of our Delivery Unit focused on solutions for all our Private individuals customers both interacting with us in Branches as well as Digitally via Smart Mobile. Our core mission here is to enable our Business strategy of Building a digital bank with a human touch.
Particulary, the Branches area targets the development of our main strategy pillar: simple end2end solutions to connect our colleagues in Branches with customers using the TABLET/ IPAD as device as main support for interaction – thus all solutions are mobile ready, user friendly and easily accessible remote.
So now, we are planning to enlarge our cool team with a skilled and enthusiastic business systems analyst.
Our new colleague will be easily assimilated into the team and engaged in highly interactive digital customer facing services. We will do that with support of a highly motivated squad, working closely with all the members of the team - from Solution architects, Developers, QAs and DevOps and so on - while keeping a close collaboration with the business lines on the projects of course 😉

Main focus on increasing the level of digital services dedicated to customers use
Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements
Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations
Analyze impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment
Provide effort estimates for the analysis work
Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
Participate in the solution design, support development and testing
Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes
Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization
Provide functional and gap analysis in application acquisition (RfPs)
Expect a component of novelty and a development one, through various other tasks that have not been covered here
