As a Business System Analyst at Raiffeisen Bank, you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting project called SBM (Smart Banking Manager). SBM is a crucial application that orchestrates orders (Product Ordering) related to the main business processes of the bank (e.g. card opening and maintenance, current account opening and maintenance, product bundles), keeps the customers' assets for further use in external applications and also aims to be the main source of the bank's product catalogue.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that the Smart Banking Manager application operates at peak efficiency, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's business processes.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Transform business requirements into technical specifications (functional and non- functional requirements);
Have a continuous interaction with the Stakeholders and Product Owners to clarify the business requirements;
Participate in defining the technical solution design, together with the Solution Architect and the development team;
Create User stories and work closely with the development/ testing team members, to implement system requirements;
