IF YOU ARE
- A professional with 5+ years of industry experience, skilled in applied statistics, covering areas such as exploratory data analysis, distribution fitting, population inference, regression analysis, factor analysis, and dimensionality reduction
- Highly knowledgeable about data mining and machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model fitting and assessment, hyperparameter tuning, and model ensembling
- Experienced in deep learning and capable of selecting the appropriate statistical methodologies for its applications
- Proficient in using statistical programming software like Python at an advanced level
- Comfortable working with development tools such as SVN and Git
- Familiar with container technologies and orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes
- Adept at working with databases and object stores, for example, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Athena, BigQuery, S3, GCS, or similar
- Aware of how software development companies operate
- Well-versed in software development life cycles
- Knowledgeable about machine learning productionalization processes
- Experience with computer vision

- Support project managers in facilitating meetings effectively

- Ensure all documents, specifications, programs, and macros adhere to project and company standards
- Uphold best practices to maintain data quality and integrity

- Collaborate closely with production teams to deliver and operate ML systems efficiently
- Research, design, and implement Machine Learning algorithms to solve problems in Data Science domains such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Speech Recognition and Digital Signal Processing, Social Network Analysis, Predictive Maintenance, and Recommender Systems
- Apply data mining and artificial intelligence techniques to create complex analytical solutions
- Contribute to the full-stack Machine Learning model development pipeline
- Ensure the use of appropriate intellectual data analysis methods and generate accurate, reproducible results, whether working independently or by providing specifications to Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers
- Take full responsibility for developing Computer Vision Machine Learning models, applying state-of-the-art approaches while considering the specific needs of the business domain
- Support the skill development and supervision of junior staff members.
- Manage and enforce development deadlines and schedules.
- Assist in consulting projects when required
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge of programming frameworks and rapid prototyping technologies
- Get involved in long-term projects with opportunities to learn new technologies and adopt best practices from experts
- Establish and maintain secure customer data management processes, in collaboration with the Project Leadership team, covering data obtaining, exchange, storage, retention, and deletion throughout the project lifecycle

- Operationalize our clients’ AI solutions, from traditional ML to cutting-edge Generative AI applications, by leveraging best practices in Machine Learning, DevOps, LLMOps, and Solution Architecture
- Maintain synergy among Data Scientists, DevOps teams, and ML Engineers to build robust infrastructure, set up efficient processes, productize machine learning and GenAI pipelines, and integrate them seamlessly into existing business environments
- Participate in international events, conferences, and workshops to share our expertise and learn from the global AI community
- Get certifications in cutting-edge technologies and continuously enhance our skills in the dynamic field of AI
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing novel AI and GenAI solutions that deliver significant business value for our clients
