Today, we are looking for a leader and technology expert with industrial background to drive digital transformation and adopt innovative solutions for our customers in different industrial sectors.
IF YOU ARE
- Proficient in software engineering and architecture design, with a perfect understanding of common architecture patterns and tactics
- Hands-on with implementing complex software solutions
- Possessing technical expertise and a deep understanding of current technology trends on the market (AI/Gen AI, Digital Twins, IoT, XR/VR, Robotics)
- A leader with a perfect understanding of concepts like Digital Twins, Industrial Metaverse, 'simulation first' approach, Industry 4.0, and advanced automation principles
- Understanding Industrial Metaverse application use cases and value streams, such as cost reduction, productivity or quality improvement, etc.
- Well-versed in at least one of the following areas: 3D graphics, simulation approaches, and technologies implementing simulations on a product, process, or macro-level, implementing computational optimization solutions leveraging linear programming, different solvers
- A seasoned expert in applying SDLC best practices on the projects, leading implementation projects (starting from defining a roadmap and up to creating WBS, estimating efforts, driving implementation, defining software development best practices, and managing the engineering team)
- Competent in driving technology adoption: from driving vision and purpose on a strategic level to leading implementation projects
- Confidently applying advisory frameworks to capture client needs, convert them to architecture drivers, and define solution vision and a roadmap
- Understanding ML/AI, Big Data, cloud computing, IoT, common architecture patterns and tactics
- Skilled in systemizing things, asking the right questions, managing ambiguity and complexity
- Professional with excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on with one of the following tools and technologies: Omniverse, Unity, Unreal Engine, Python, SimPy, FlexSim, Emulate 3D, Delmia, Ansys, Siemens Tecnomatix, NX, Team Center, Emulate 3D, Factory CAD, or similar (would be a plus)
- Possessing a deep understanding of the following areas: PLM, MBSE and digital thread, material flow, OEE, etc. (as an advantage)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Drive NVIDIA Omniverse GTM strategy in close collaboration with NVIDIA, prioritizing use cases, creating service offerings and repeatable solutions
- Work closely with SMEs in specific industries, Product Team, Delivery, Marketing, Partnership, and other business functions at SoftServe to bring existing Omniverse-based solutions and accelerators to a new level
- Define solution vision and the ways how to solve real-life customer challenges using advanced technologies
- Develop an effective customer engagement strategy considering customer needs and business objectives, define engagement frameworks (like innovation workshops, assessment frameworks and rapid prototyping techniques) to accelerate digital journey and technology adoption for industry leaders, early adopters of NVIDIA Omniverse, and other cutting-edge technologies from NVIDIA ecosystem and beyond
- Present your ideas to potential customers, create tailored value propositions and solutions, win new logos
- Drive R&D and expertise development in new NVIDIA tech stack, like NVIDIA Omniverse, Riva, Isaac Sim, and DeepSearch as well as other 3rd party technologies like FlexSim, Emulate 3D, and many more, create comprehensive solutions, demos, and accelerators
- Contribute to other streams besides Industrial Metaverse, like Digital Assistant and Virtual Avatars (primarily built on top of NVIDIA ACE and leveraging Riva, NeMo, NIM, and other technologies) in close collaboration with ML/AI engineers
- Build a team of experts and scale Omniverse practice
