The role is to create the needed business and operational performance reporting and dashboards of the contract and to assist the departmental Manager in the follow up of the E2E Quality of Service issues, Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels as defined in the contract.
These reporting and analysis includes also Nokia internal support to operational teams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Objectives

  1. Analyze in depth the performance of a service and report resp. explain to the business, management or other departments the conclusions of the analysis.
  2. Ensuring efficiency and quality of QoS monitoring and performance reporting.
  3. Identify, develop and deliver required KPI, QoS and SLA reporting requirements.
  4. Proactively detect, analyze and fix quality problems in cooperation with relevant departments.
  5. Responsible towards Nokia’s customers for E2E Network Quality and satisfaction.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting Developer\Tools Support engineer is part of a Team of specialists and is responsible for delivering against the following roles and responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for developing, delivering, automating of daily, weekly and monthly QoS and network performance reporting.
  2. Prime Contract Management interface for all performance reporting activities needed in the execution of the contract.
  3. Propose, specify and implement monitoring strategies E2E (together with the vendor and/or other departments
  4. Design, implement, analyze KPI and PI measurements in order to control the quality of services provided to our customers.
  5. Participate in projects related to the Network technical evolution to provide specific quality reports, analysis and acceptance after any SW upgrade implementation.
  6. Define the need in tools for future measurements, resp. measurements improvements and coordinate the installation, commissioning of new equipment.
  7. Participate at an early stage in any Nokia service project in order to specify monitoring needs as the feasibility study, follow-up the project development and product life cycle.
  8. Propose and define processes in order to constantly improve monitoring efficiency to customer experience.
  9. Make sure of the availability of all de performance specific reporting necessary to run the contract.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Reporting Developer\Tools Support engineer has a strong understanding of:
  • He/she understands the functional layers of integrated communication networks and has a broad understanding of the underlying technologies.
  • He/she has experience in real time QoS monitoring and reporting requirements and is used to a constantly changing environment.
  • He/she is able to relate impacting issues and risks to customer and understand their business implications.
  • Has experience in collating and interpreting data and providing key recommendations of actions impacting the future network quality outcomes.
  • Very good SQL DB knowledge
  • Experience with PHP programming language (minimum 2 years)
  • Web-based programming, minimum 2 years’ experience ( AJAX, JAVASCRIPT, HTML, CSS)
