The role of IT Governance Expert in charge with IT Cost Controlling is part of our wider team of IT Strategy and Governance. Our mission is to create and monitor the IT Strategy and to ensure the overall IT governance. But what do we mean by governance? We mean governance of IT processes, IT risks & audits, IT Resources, budget and performance.

How about your role? 👨 💻👩 💻

Your responsibilities will be related to IT Cost controlling and you will be in close collaboration with the Financial Planning department and with all the IT unit leads. You will:

  • Coordinate the process of budgeting & planning with the IT unit leads and Financial Planning department

  • Coordinate the forecasting of costs with the IT unit leads and Financial Planning department

  • Provide details to Financial Planning department on the nature of IT costs to ensure the right allocations & support them with the right IT knowledge to generate accurate reporting

  • Be a liaison between our Financial Planning department, IT leads and RBI IT Governance Cost Teams for all matters related to budgeting, planning and cost reporting

  • Provide dashboards or detailed reports to IT Management and prepare management presentations on regular basis or on demand as part of IT costs and budget monitoring

  • Deliver budget impact analysis and what-if scenarios using office and reporting tools

  • Reconcile data with IT unit leads and Finance to ensure high quality budget and costs data is reported
