We are a Low-Code Platform Practice, focused on designing and developing next-generation low-code platforms and implementing them across multiple clients and engineering teams.

Our client is a US-based world-leading provider of automated dispute management solutions for issuing banks and financial organizations. Together with the client, we work on a management platform to support all transaction types, facilitate cross-departmental communication, and integrate with virtually any banking platform. Features like self-service, Spanish intake, and all account holder communications are also supported, allowing it to integrate with current processes and corporate guidelines seamlessly.

IF YOU ARE

  • A Pega developer with 1-2 years of Pega development experience or equivalent low-code training
  • Certified in Pega CSA or in progress
  • Experienced in software development with a basic understanding of low-code platforms
  • Familiar with Pega rules, case types, flows, data types, and UI rules through the academy or project work
  • Aware of Agile delivery frameworks and how development fits into the SDLC
  • Comfortable with debugging, troubleshooting, and documenting user stories
  • Attentive to detail and communicative
  • Capable of maintaining business communication with clients in English
  • Having hands-on experience in at least one language, such as Java, Python, C# (nice to have)

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Build and configure Pega applications by developing rules, case types, and flows
  • Receive mentorship and follow coding best practices and quality standards
  • Integrate Pega solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality
  • Contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives, helping the team continuously improve
  • Collaborate with BAs and senior developers to refine requirements and design solutions
  • Document your work in clear, structured technical documentation for team and client use
  • Improve the stability and performance of existing systems by optimizing rule configurations
