IF YOU ARE
- A Salesforce Administrator with 1+ years of hands-on experience
- Familiar with Salesforce CPQ and Billing
- Confident in Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools
- Certified as a Salesforce Administrator or App Builder
- Knowledgeable in designing and managing reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools
- Skilled in problem-solving, analytics, and troubleshooting complex issues
- A sound communicator with fluent English, providing and suggesting solutions at regular client meetings
AND YOU WANT TO
- Manage incoming cases/tickets and provide day-to-day support based on team-reported issues
- Configure CPQ rules, product bundles, pricing structures, discounting models, approval processes, and subscription management
- Ensure system scalability, maintainability, and alignment with Salesforce best practices
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities within the SDLC framework
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, particularly in CPQ and Billing
- Work from 2 PM to 10 PM (GMT+2 time zone)
