IF YOU ARE
- Having more than 3 years of professional background in SugarCRM
- Skilled in designing and developing SugarCRM applications
- Great at maintenance of quality systems within the group challenges
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementation as a part of project success
- Proficient in Modules customization and writing
- Confident in CRM software migration, and 3rd party software integration
- Strong in creating upgrade-safe modules
- Experienced in PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL profiling and query optimization
- Good at NoSQL data backends (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
- Designing and developing application components following a Microservices architecture
- Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment
AND YOU WANT TO
- Plan, implement, and deploy changes following established SDLC and best practices for coding, testing, and monitoring in SugarCRM
- Produce technical design, test, and documentation for projects with complex dependencies
- Deal with troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing issues, as they arise
- Participate in Scrum meetings, and contribute to requirements estimation, design, and code reviews
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Become the expert on your team’s business and technical domains
- Grow the team by attracting, onboarding, and coaching new/Junior engineers
- Become an expert on the technical stack your team owns, gaining knowledge in your team's business domains
