QA Automation Engineer Professional

You will join the Agile Delivery Cross Topics Acceleration team, where you will work day by day alongside development and manual testing teams to build and maintain automated testing packages. It is a technical role, with direct responsibility for the quality of delivered products, in an environment where you continuously learn — whether it is a new tool, an AI framework, or a more efficient solution to a recurring problem.

What you will do day by day

• Analyze application documentation and develop automated test scripts for functional and non-functional requirements, both at component level and across the end-to-end flow

• Create and execute performance, volume, and stress testing scenarios aligned with business requirements

• Develop and maintain automated regression test packages for the applications in your portfolio

• Participate in the design and development of the automated testing core together with the team

• Identify, log, and manage defects arising during the execution phase, collaborating closely with development and manual testing teams

• Generate testing reports and collect performance metrics relevant to the project

• Actively contribute to the adoption of AI-assisted testing solutions, using ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and other RBRO frameworks for test generation, debugging, result analysis, and increasing team productivity

• Support colleagues in manual testing teams in using the automated testing core and participate in initiatives aimed at growing team skills
