The Salesforce practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe’s Digital Platforms group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Salesforce such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and others. The team builds cross-industry solutions across. The team is responsible for both the development of the applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base in accordance with the platform design best practices and in accordance with a defined implementation methodology.
IF YOU ARE
- A holder of 10+ years of experience in IT services/consulting, including the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Salesforce Platform)
- Demonstrating a proven track record of leading and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce programs, particularly with US-based clients and across global markets
- Confident in consulting roles, driving strategic business transformation, and providing expert guidance on Salesforce solutions
- A strong project/program management expert, including planning, launching, and overseeing multiple concurrent Salesforce projects
- Experienced in pre-sales activities, including sales enablement, proposal development, RFP responses, and go-to-market strategy collaboration
- Familiar with Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and industry trends
- Proficient in analytics and critical thinking, troubleshooting complex issues and developing actionable solutions
- Adept at strategic account growth and in client relationship management in both mature and emerging markets
- Skilled to industry verticals such as financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing
- Certified in one or more Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) is an advantage
- Having Salesforce certifications, such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA (highly preferred)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Own overall delivery success by managing the end-to-end execution of complex Salesforce programs, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and contractual milestones
- Act as the executive sponsor for key engagements, driving stakeholder alignment, customer satisfaction, and strong business outcomes
- Lead revenue and budget planning, ensuring forecast accuracy, optimal staff utilization, and positive NPS and employee satisfaction scores
- Oversee team management, including hiring, onboarding, enablement, performance management, bench optimization, and career development
- Define and enforce best practices in project governance, risk management, and resource planning across all engagements
- Drive pre-sales activities, supporting solution strategies, proposal development, RFP responses, and strategic client conversations in collaboration with sales and account teams
- Collaborate with cluster leads, project managers, and key stakeholders (internal teams, partners, and clients) to ensure consistent delivery standards and transparent project status reporting
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, effectively managing escalations while maintaining a solution-oriented approach
- Set the vision and roadmap for the Salesforce practice, shaping delivery frameworks, accelerators, and scalable solutions to support global growth
- Mentor and coach delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and certification advancement
- Build team identity and engagement within a global and primarily virtual working environment, promoting collaboration across regions
