The team delivers end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from presales support and architecture planning to full-scale implementation and post-deployment support, driving digital transformation for clients worldwide.

IF YOU ARE

  • An experienced professional with 4+ years of hands-on work in DevOps, CI/CD, or release engineering within Salesforce ecosystems
  • Highly skilled in Copado with deep practical knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps automation
  • Confident in designing, implementing, and optimizing Copado-based CI/CD pipelines for secure and reliable delivery at scale
  • Proficient in establishing release governance, including audit trails, compliance controls, and user permission frameworks
  • Well-versed in Git-based version control, branching models, and multi-environment release strategies for Salesforce programs
  • Strong in understanding the Salesforce development lifecycle, metadata management, and platform architecture
  • Grounded in DevOps best practices across continuous integration, continuous delivery, and repeatable deployments
  • Capable of acting as a technical point of contact for deployment and release issues and driving resolution across teams
  • Comfortable mentoring and enabling developers on Copado standards, patterns, and best practices
  • Adept at monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving pipeline performance, security, and reliability
  • Able to design and extend Copado capabilities using functions, job templates, and custom extensions
  • Familiar with Azure Cloud in the context of DevOps delivery and enterprise environments
  • Clear and structured in creating documentation for deployment processes, branching strategies, and Copado configurations
  • Collaborative in working with product managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders in fast-paced release cycles
  • Analytical and practical in solving complex release and deployment challenges
  • Effective in communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Define, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Copado to automate and streamline software delivery
  • Establish and enforce release governance policies, including audit trails, compliance controls, and permission frameworks
  • Architect and implement Git-based version control and branching strategies across multiple Salesforce environments
  • Lead deployment-related technical discussions and mentor teams on Copado best practices and operating standards
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance pipeline performance to ensure secure and reliable releases at scale
  • Design and extend Copado capabilities using functions, job templates, and custom extensions aligned with program needs
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for deployment processes, branching strategies, and Copado configurations
  • Explore and apply new Copado features, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with product, engineering, and QA stakeholders to ensure effective planning, coordination, and successful releases
