Our client is a UK-based major organization operating in the global sports and live events domain, delivering a large-scale digital experience transformation focused on engagement, participation, and community.
The project is focused on building a mobile-first lifestyle platform that combines a B2C customer portal and a B2B CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics, alongside PHP and Drupal. The platform enables seamless omnichannel customer journeys and modern digital touchpoints, enhancing how users interact with events, content, and services while driving data-driven engagement across the ecosystem.
IF YOU ARE
- An experienced professional with 3+ years of hands-on work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in enterprise environments
- Skilled in Dynamics 365 customization and extension, including plugins, web resources, and custom APIs
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Pages and Dataverse
- Competent in designing and implementing platform integrations using REST and Web APIs
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Entra External ID (Azure AD B2C) solutions
- Well-versed in ALM practices and working with Azure DevOps
- Familiar with Scrum-based delivery processes
- Certified in Power Platform or Dynamics CRM (as an advantage)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to build and enhance digital solutions
- Apply technical expertise to design, develop, and improve platform features
- Participate actively in technical discussions and decision-making processes
