Our work is primarily focused on quality consulting, supporting delivery units and clients by sharing quality capabilities and practices, contributing to presales and proposal preparation, establishing projects and processes, and developing GenAI practices for quality initiatives.

Our client is a global investment firm specializing in private equity, infrastructure, real assets, and private debt. With decades of experience and operations across major financial hubs, they manage multi-billion-dollar portfolios for institutional investors.
The current project focuses on enhancing data solutions in a banking environment, including modernizing ETL pipelines, improving data quality, and integrating automated testing and reporting processes using technologies such as Databricks and CI/CD frameworks.
IF YOU ARE
- An experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in test automation and data validation
- Skilled in ETL testing using tools such as SAP Business Objects Data Services, Informatica, or SSIS, as well as data warehouse solutions and BI tools (SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports)
- Proficient in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL Server, Azure Synapse, and Delta Lake
- Experienced in Python (PySpark, Pandas), SQL, C#, and REST APIs
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and capable of integrating automated tests into them
- Hands-on with automation frameworks and tools such as PyTest, DataDiffPy, Great Expectations, and Postman
- Capable of designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch and maintaining automated test suites
- Experienced in testing BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and data models
- Advanced in writing SQL queries and verifying indexes, constraints, and stored procedures in SQL Server
- Experienced in mentoring QA engineers on automation tools and frameworks, and performing code reviews
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business analysts and developers to define acceptance criteria
- Strong in problem-solving, communication, and delivering high-quality testing solutions
- Experienced in financial services domains such as private equity, infrastructure, or private debt (optional)
- Knowledgeable of Selenium and BDD/TDD frameworks (as a benefit)

- Plan, design, and execute testing activities for new features and system changes
- Create manual and automated test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
- Advocate for test automation and deliver robust testing solutions
- Validate ETL and ELT processes, data pipelines, and ensure data completeness and consistency
- Perform SQL-based validations, schema checks, and performance optimization
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and schedule data quality checks
- Produce clear and concise bug reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Mentor QC engineers and contribute to the advancement of QA practices within the organization
