We are a diverse, distributed team with members based in Poland, Ukraine, Spain, and other European countries, collaborating across borders to deliver world-class cybersecurity solutions.
IF YOU ARE
- A specialist with hands-on experience of 5+ years in cybersecurity, ideally with a focus on IAM and DevSecOps
- Experienced in Identity and Access management platforms (latest Identity Governance Automation such as Lumos, Veza, PAM, IdP)
- Familiar with cloud security across major platforms (AWS preferred)
- Proficient in technical leadership, with ownership of end-to-end services or products (this is a technical role, not people management)
- Confident in communicating ideas clearly across different audiences – from senior management to technical experts
- An expert with sharp analytical thinking and the ability to tackle complex problems with creativity and structure
- A proactive, self-driven individual with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for solving challenges
- Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment
- Strong in designing scalable solutions from the ground up (will be a plus)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Play a key technical role in shaping end-to-end security solutions
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, design secure architectures, build prototypes, and support implementation to ensure everything aligns with the agreed roadmap
- Explore new technologies and services, gaining practical experience while growing through exposure to cutting-edge ideas and patterns
- Implement and manage scalable IAM guardrails for cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) environments
- Contribute to the technical strategies and roadmaps that help clients achieve their security goals
- Create clear, high-quality engineering documentation that supports both technical and business stakeholders
- Tackle complex challenges across infrastructure and data with many moving parts
- Collaborate with clients, internal experts, and partners to deliver solutions that drive real impact and high customer satisfaction
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and advising on how to mitigate risks and strengthen defenses
- Own the technical side of architecture, from pre-sales to delivery, presenting structured solutions, actively listening to client needs, and conducting clear, impactful technical demos
