ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead quality assurance activities, define and implement testing strategies, and ensure the reliability and stability of a business-critical platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to establish effective testing processes, manage risks, and ensure high-quality releases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain the overall test strategy, test concepts, and quality governance framework for the platform
- Design and execute risk-based test approaches focused on business-critical functionality and operational stability
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee integration, end-to-end, regression, and acceptance testing activities
- Develop and enhance automated testing solutions for UI, API, and system-level validation
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and release quality
- Establish and maintain quality gates, testing standards, and reporting processes across the delivery organization
- Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives
- Implement and manage test data strategies, mocking solutions, and test environment readiness
- Collaborate with business, development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and release readiness
- Provide transparent quality metrics, risk assessments, and go/no-go recommendations to project stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-6 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Management, or Test Automation
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification and ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience in risk-based test design, test case optimization, and test case modelling
- Strong practical experience with integration testing and end-to-end testing in complex environments
- Hands-on experience working within Agile delivery organizations
- Proven ability to design and implement test automation frameworks and automated testing solutions
- Experience establishing quality gates, test governance processes, and quality reporting practices
- Strong expertise in API testing and API test automation
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Practical knowledge of test data management and mocking technologies
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Playwright, Bruno, or comparable automation frameworks
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira/Xray, and Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to bridge business, development, and operations teams
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
