IF YOU ARE
- A Senior Salesforce Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting
- Certified in Salesforce Administrator and at least two of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Experienced in designing and implementing complex data models and scalable automation solutions
- Proficient in conducting client workshops, creating proof-of-concept solutions, and providing technical estimations
- Skilled in advanced reporting and analytics using tools such as Tableau and Einstein Analytics
- Experienced with CPQ or Revenue Cloud with knowledge (considered a strong plus)
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Certified Architect exams (nice to have)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Lead large-scale Salesforce implementation projects independently, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business goals
- Guide customers strategically by understanding their business needs and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Act in a Product Owner capacity by defining vision, managing backlogs, and prioritizing features in line with customer-centric objectives
- Drive development teams across multiple streams toward a unified product vision and successful project outcomes
- Design and implement complex data models and scalable automation solutions that support evolving business requirements
- Conduct client workshops, facilitate discovery sessions, and create proof-of-concept solutions to validate business and technical approaches
- Collaborate closely with clients to map business processes, resolve escalations, and ensure project success
- Provide accurate technical estimations and contribute to solution architecture and implementation planning
- Develop advanced reporting and analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau and Einstein Analytics to deliver actionable insights
