About the role
In this role, you will own the pre-sales solution for each ServiceNow pursuit, from discovery consultation through the signed SOW. Work with the practice leader to grow ServiceNow revenue with enterprise customers across the US, UK, EU, and wider EMEA, develop AI-led solutions for the Autonomous Enterprise, and mature our pre-sales playbook.

- Lead with AI & Automation solutions, positioning Now Assist/Otto and Control Tower as a route to the Autonomous Enterprise
