We're looking for an amazing Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. We need someone who knows their stuff when it comes to finding top talent and can keep up with our deadlines.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be in charge of the entire recruitment process. That means you'll work with the Hiring Manager to develop a recruitment strategy and take care of everything from understanding the business need, to interviewing potential candidates and onboarding new hires.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (from briefing with hiring managers, sourcing and screening, interviewing candidates, managing interviews) for various functions and seniority levels

  • Act as a trusted partner to managers by advising on sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and market insights

  • Ensure a great candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment journey

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent through proactive sourcing and networking

  • Represent Raiffeisen Bank at local job fairs and internal/external hiring events. Help plan and host branded experiences for candidates and the wider talent community.

  • Track recruitment data, provide insights, and support TA reporting

  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Participate in strategic projects/initiatives (eg: internship program, summer practice)

  • Experience in managing the entire recruitment process, from defining requirements to onboarding

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to analyze data to optimize recruitment processes;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Ability to develop innovative solutions based on data and analysis;

  • Proactivity and strategic thinking
