A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring accuracy of document preparation: Timely preparation of the VAT, Intrastat, and EC Sales listings declarations, coupled with other official and statistical returns to the European Tax authorities or other regulatory/official bodies.
- Sales and purchase data processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales and purchases data and other relevant information from SAP, to produce complete and accurate declarations.
- Collaborative environment: Work with local auditors and fiscal authorities to ensure all regulatory reporting queries are answered in a timely manner.
- Analytical mindset: Identify, analyze, escalate, and remediate material variances between VAT, Intrastat and ESL.
- Providing input for VAT accounts reconciliations: Prepare the VAT accounts reconciliations, following the company accounting policies and agreed practices.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A University Degree or equivalent.
- Computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office Excel) coupled with good English knowledge.
- A flexible, problem-solving approach. A strong team player.
- Ability to work and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
