On December 11^th 2025, Mars Inc. has acquired Kellanova globally in a transaction that brings together iconic brands, storied legacies and outstanding capabilities with a view to shape the future of snacking. Kellanova will continue to hire business necessary roles while being fully integrated into Mars.

Kellanova has been present on the Romanian market  since 2014, formerly known as Kellogg Company. The Bucharest center works as a Global Business Service for the European divisions of Kellanova from over 20 countries, and the main areas of activity are: Financial, HR and Supply Chain.
