As a VAT Team Lead in our Bucharest office, you’ll focus on supporting the VAT team with the process and continuous improvement initiatives, whilst also providing leadership for delivering consistent and reliable performance and direction.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Implementing solutions: Driving ownership fir new process implementation.
- Continuous improvement mindset: Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives triggered by the Kellanova Working Systems initiatives.
- Ensuring accuracy of documentation: Performing regular training documentation and reference guides updates.
- Team-oriented approach: Supporting VAT team on ad-hoc operational tasks based on need.
- People Manager capabilities: Appraising performance, providing feedback and coaching for employees.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A University Degree or equivalent.
- Proven European VAT experience.
- Computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office Excel) coupled with good English knowledge.
- Ability to work and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
