As we look back, one thing is clear: in 2025, BrazeAI accelerated at full force, driving breakthroughs that reshaped what’s possible for customer engagement. We introduced massive waves of innovation, including BrazeAI Operator, BrazeAI Agent Console and the new BrazeAI Decisioning Studio, all designed to help the world's favorite brands connect with their customers like never before.
Paired with growing our global team to 2,000 strong, and continuing to build on the one-of-a-kind culture that makes Braze, well, Braze, we also gave back to our local communities in increasingly meaningful ways. It’s been a year of momentum, impact, and building what’s next.
