Careers in Romania

More than 250 people work in Servier Romania, with the main office located in Bucharest.

We are always looking for great talents, especially since in November 2023, when we launched a Shared Services Center, which generates multiple jobs opportunities, in the category of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger Analysts.

We are also growing our local team with Buyer profiles, who deliver procurement services for France headquarters.

September 2024 we reshape our organization and we are proud that all new positions were occupied by existing employees, who promoted on new positions following comprehensive Assessments Centers.

We prioritized our wellbeing with hours of dedicated programs, from Wellbeing Webinars, to First Aid Courses, Culture Webinar, Coaching sessions delivered, webinars run by external speakers on “Stress Management” or “Micro Skills for Professional Success”, yearly Team Buildings.

 

We also take pride in our CSR activities, achieved through participation of our colleagues: we dedicate hours to meaningful volunteer initiatives, from planting trees, heartfelt Christmas letters from seniors responded by our colleagues and children’s wishes fulfilled, transforming schoolyard into a joyful learning space, cleaned green spaces or mentoring students. More than 150 colleagues participate each year, hundreds of lives touched, including seniors, children, and students.
