Job details:

Handles incoming and outgoing customer calls and messages

Provides accurate and complete information about products and services

Records and forwards customer requests to the relevant departments

Your responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, and perform follow-up calls

Assist customers in resolving issues and answering inquiries

Update the database with relevant client interaction details

Follow company scripts and procedures

Your profile:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset

Proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office

Fluent in Romanian and Russian; English is an advantage
