Your opinion is important and offers valuable insight to those seeking to make informed career decisions. While some readers may benefit from the full scope of your feedback, others may find value in specific aspects of your experience.

To publish a review, you must have an account on the platform. You can log in using your LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google account, or with a verified, active and valid, not-temporary email address.

All accounts created on the platform remain anonymous and cannot be transferred or shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

All reviews published on Undelucram.ro undergo a moderation process. The goal is to ensure that conversations take place in a legal, respectful, and constructive manner.

Our moderation policies are built on the core values of:

These principles underpin our mission to promote transparency in the labor market and contribute to the development of better workplaces across all regions in which we operate.

We encourage users to share their honest work experiences - positive or negative - as long as they are expressed in a respectful, decent, and responsible way. Content that does not meet these criteria will be rejected with a stated reason. Users can edit their review to meet current guidelines, after which it will re-enter the moderation process. Content is not removed by us and can only be deleted by the users themselves.

• Balanced feedback: While not required, including both positives and areas of improvement helps others form a complete picture.
• Right of reply: Employers may respond to any review on the platform, providing clarifications or additional context.

To maintain the integrity and professionalism of the platform, we do not accept content that includes:

• Obscene, offensive, or profane language
• Defamation, personal insults, or targeting identifiable individuals
• Hate speech or discriminatory content (based on race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, etc.)
• Threats, harassment, or incitement to violence
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Trolling or deliberately inflammatory comments
• Spam, advertisements, irrelevant or nonsensical content
• Private or proprietary company information
• Personal data of the reviewer or others (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers)
• Plagiarized content from other websites, emails, or publications

All content submitted on Undelucram.ro is reviewed through:

1. Technological moderation: Automated filters and algorithms analyze the content for violations
2. Human moderation: Our trained team reviews the content to determine if it meets our guidelines
3. User reports: Any user can report content that appears to breach guidelines

Moderation ensures compliance with both internal standards and applicable laws. Reviews that do not meet our criteria will be rejected before publishing or disabled if already live. A rejection reason will always be attached to these reviews.

User Guidelines

Choose fairness in every interaction, with yourself and with the community!

• Submit only original content that reflects your own views and experience
• Do not post multiple reviews for the same employer within a short time frame (maximum one per 6 months for current employers)
• Do not create multiple user accounts. If we identify such activity - regardless of when the accounts were created - all related accounts will be blocked and any associated reviews will be disabled.
• Keep your review understandable and professionally written
• Do not include promotional content

You may edit or delete your review within 48 hours of its approval. After this period, further modifications are not permitted in order to maintain the clarity and consistency of information available to our community.

Employer Guidelines

• Employers can create an official account only using a verified work email address and must be representatives from HR, PR, or top management
• Employers can respond publicly to any review via their verified Undelucram.ro account
• Responses must be courteous and professional

We reserve the right to remove responses that violate these principles.

Paid clients can customize their company profile, post job openings, and enhance their employer brand using various platform-specific tools such as banners, videos, and advertorials. However, under no circumstances can any company modify or influence user-generated content in any form.

Reporting and Enforcement

• Users can flag content that they believe violates these guidelines
• We may take the following actions:
  • Warn the contributor
  • Disable the content. Any disabled content will display the following message in its place: "Content removed for legal compliance. The user may edit the review to address the flagged issues"
  • Suspend or block user accounts
  • Reject the request as unfounded, as the review fully complies with the current guidelines.

Based on our experience, we regularly receive legal notices from companies or their legal representatives. In line with our commitment to transparency and fairness for all parties, such communications may be published directly on the respective company’s profile. This measure is taken solely to ensure openness in our processes and not to cast any party in a negative light. We trust that our community is well-informed and capable of making thoughtful, independent decisions.
