We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and ensure efficient communication across teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Address workplace challenges and resolve employee concerns to maintain harmony and productivity
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure resolution of complaints or issues
- Develop strategies to improve workflow efficiency and meet organizational goals effectively
- Act as the liaison between upper management, staff, and customers for seamless operations
- Monitor expenses and assess spending patterns to align with budgetary constraints
- Step in for the General Manager during absences, conducting meetings and making critical decisions
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive team environment to promote collaboration and morale
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in leadership or managerial roles
- Background in customer service, team coordination, and business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and scheduling software
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial monitoring systems, and decision-making tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
