Your Impact
This is a great opportunity for a results-oriented fresh graduate candidate. As a Business Analyst within our Collections team, you will support the development of performance reports, process maps, and dashboards that guide critical business decisions. Reporting to the Collections Director, you'll contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, identifying improvement opportunities, and shaping a strong reporting and governance framework. What the role offers
- Support the creation of accurate and timely reports and analysis to assist Management and Executive Leadership in making informed decisions
- Work closely with different teams and departments to gather data and contribute to the development of clear, insightful reports
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators to help monitor results and identify areas for improvement
- Learn to perform basic data analysis and contribute to the development of financial models under guidance
- Help ensure data accuracy by checking formulas, cleaning data, and participating in quality reviews of reports
- Document reporting processes to support consistency and knowledge sharing within the team
- Contribute ideas to improve reporting workflows and make reports easier to understand for end users
- Participate in identifying future reporting needs and collaborate with more experienced colleagues on building new report
What you need to succeed
- First-level university degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in progress or completed, preferably with a focus in Business, Economics, or related fields ( ASE, University of Bucharest etc.), or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of data analysis principles, with a keen interest in data management and reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with other MS Office tools is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights with guidance
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Highly motivated team player who can adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with any dashboarding and/or visualization tool(s) – Tableau is a plus
- Experience with SAP ERP, SAP Business Objects and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to present ideas logically and concisely to stakeholders at all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to train, utilizing change management methodologies to ensure your peers and stakeholders successfully use new processes
