Founded in 1991, OpenText grew out of a partnership between the University of Waterloo and Oxford University to create the first online Oxford English Dictionary. OpenText's Cluj office is located in "The Office" building, a modern business center just 20 minutes from Cluj-Napoca's vibrant city center. Spanning most of the 5th floor, our office is home to approximately 250 employees mainly specializing in Engineering, Cloud Operations, Premium Support and Human Resources.

At OpenText Cluj, we bring the team together through engaging and meaningful office events. From hands-on workshops with food banks, to bake sales where colleagues share homemade treats for a good cause, our activities combine fun with impact. Tech enthusiasts enjoy weekly meetups like Tech Tales, while team members connect for quiz nights. OpenText Bucharest Office

OpenText's Bucharest office, established in 2015, is in the heart of the city's financial district, offering unmatched accessibility and convenience. Home to approximately 250 employees across Finance, Customer Support, Sales, Human Resources, and Marketing, the office is part of a prestigious complex accredited with BREEAM Excellence for Sustainability.

Our office is more than a workplace - It's a hub of energy, creativity and camaraderie.
