We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Junior or Mid) with strong curiosity and foundational technical skills, ready to support users and infrastructure in a dynamic IT environment.
🖥️ What you’ll do:
- Support system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot common issues.
- Work on automation scripts and document internal tools.
- Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure tasks.
Requirements
🖥 Operating Systems (Windows & Linux):
- Basic OS concepts: memory, processes, executables, user space.
- Understanding of IP/DNS/host configurations and where they are stored.
- Ability to manage Windows services.
- Familiar with CMD/PowerShell and Linux shell commands.
- Comfortable navigating Linux file systems.
- Basic scripting (bash or similar) is a plus.
🌐 Networking: Basic knowledge of the TCP/IP stack.
🗄 SQL & Virtualization:
- Basic SQL: write simple queries with conditions.
- Familiarity with relational DBMS is a plus.
- Experience with virtual machines, VDI.
- Knowledge of containers (Docker/Podman) is a bonus.
🌍 Language:
- Good written and spoken English - working with international teams.
