Your role
- Transition Support:
- Lead end-to-end transition planning and execution for new business processes, systems, or organizational changes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess readiness, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies;
- Develop and implement transition frameworks, governance models, and communication plans;
- Monitor transition KPIs and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
- Training Academy Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs aligned with organizational goals;
- Manage the lifecycle of learning initiatives including onboarding, upskilling, leadership development, and compliance training;
- Partner with SMEs and external vendors to curate high-impact learning content;
- Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and ensure user engagement and satisfaction;
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.
- Workflow Optimization:
- Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation;
- Implement best practices in project management, documentation, and knowledge transfer;
- Ensure alignment of training and transition activities with business objectives and operational excellence.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, HR, Organizational Development, or related field;
- English and Spanish at an advanced level, minimum B2;
- 10+ years of experience in transition management, training, or organizational development;
- Proven track record in managing large-scale transitions and training portfolios;
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Proficiency in workflow tools and learning platforms.
