Within our Human Resources (People & Culture) department, we are looking for a HR Analytics expert with a proactive, open and communicative attitude, who actively contributes to the optimization of workflows and the development of planning, monitoring and delivery strategies.
Previous experience in multinational organizations, especially in the financial-banking or IT industries, where process complexity and compliance are critical, is important.
What will you be doing in this role?
Main responsibilities:
- Managing and analyzing data from internal systems to create accurate reports and forecasts using the appropriate technical solutions (e.g., SQL, databases, data visualization tools).
- Designing and implementing data architecture to ensure efficient collection and management of HR data.
- Development and consolidation of personnel forecasts, budgets and recruitment plans, adapting them according to the company's strategic objectives.
- Conducting and regularly updating internal and external salary analysis, including benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of salaries and benefits packages.
- Close collaboration with internal teams, having an open attitude and the desire to help understand specific HR requirements and propose solutions for optimizing internal workflows.
- Review existing HR processes, identify and eliminate bottlenecks, and propose solutions for creating harmonized and efficient workflows.
- Active and enthusiastic involvement in internal projects for the implementation of HR tools, ensuring that their implementation meets the needs of the organization.
- Participating in trend analysis and identifying forecasting models to help tailor HR strategies to the organization's future needs.
- Creating and maintaining effective reports and dashboards for monitoring human resources key performance indicators (KPIs), using appropriate technical solutions.
- Active participation in the preparation of monthly and annual reports for senior management.
Requirements:
General Profile:
Role with a strategic component, partnership with the business, initiative and influence in HR.
- Level of education: Completed higher education (preferably in economics, law or human resources).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years+ experience in a similar position or requiring similar knowledge.
- Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the financial-banking or IT field.
Technical skills:
- Higher education in fields such as IT, Economics, Mathematics or related fields.
- Relevant experience in HR Planning and/or data analysis (minimum 4 years).
- Solid knowledge in databases (ex. SQL, Oracle), data management systems and their architecture.
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office Package (eg: Excel, VBA, Access, Power BI).
- Experience in conducting salary analysis and internal and external benchmarks.
- Experience in reviewing internal processes and proposing solutions for workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills with various internal teams, with a proactive, open and help-oriented attitude.
- The ability to create reliable models and work with complex data.
- Knowledge of English (technical language and general communication).
