The Opportunity
We are looking for a QA Automation tester, to join the team of Automation Testers working on our product, Universal Discovery.
What the role offers
- As a QA Automation Tester, you will create, modify, maintain and execute software automation scripts, test suites and test plans.
- You will be working with automation testing programs but also use performance testing applications.
- You will investigate issues and collaborate with developers in resolution of problems.
- Besides the product itself, you will also work with Databases and Cloud (Azure and AWS).
What you need to succeed
- Graduate in a relevant field of study (Computer Science, Information Technology).
- At least one year experience with Testing Automation and knowledge of at least one QA automation tool is a must.
- Good communication skills (fluent English is a must).
- Experience working with Agile/ Scrum.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor, as well as work as an effective, collaborative member of the team.
- Understand the needs of the customers, including the ability to understand both user workflow and user tasks.
- Self-starting and self-motivating, pro-active, focused on results.
Additional skills are a plus
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Linux, Cloud technologies
- Programming skills: Java and/or React
