YOUR IMPACT
You will be responsible for setting and maintaining quality standards for OpenText products such as our monitoring software "Operations Bridge". You may develop tools and environments to automate test execution and will consult with development engineers in resolution of problems.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
You will be involved in the QA process from analyzing specifications, designing test strategies, executing test plans, writing test cases and performing regression testing for (new) product features
You will contribute to the test case automation by developing and maintaining automated test scripts and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines
While monitoring and analyzing test results, you will report defects, validate bugfixes & hotfixes and include them in the product documentation
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
University degree in an IT-related field
At least 2 years of professional experience in software product Quality Assurance experience, e.g. participating in new product versions, service packs or hotfixes
Beneficial would be experience in Java or JavaScript based automation frameworks (e.g. Junit, TestNG, Cypress)
Experience in containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and public cloud (e.g. AWS) is considered an advantage
