We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and drive Agile best practices across our projects.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in empowering teams to deliver high-value solutions efficiently while ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices across teams
- Remove impediments and blockers to foster productivity
- Foster a collaborative and goal-driven environment for team success
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain well-groomed backlogs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align deliverables with business objectives
- Guide and coach team members in Agile methodologies and practices
- Monitor team performance and project progress, reporting key metrics to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile principles, frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, and methodologies like SAFe
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts, Power BI, or Power Apps
- Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Confluence
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing distributed and remote teams, with an understanding of working with teams based in India
Nice to have
- Background in data engineering teams or solutioning teams
- Showcase of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
- Familiarity with multiple Agile project management tools
