We are seeking a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer with expertise in Golang, Python, Kotlin or Node.JS to join our Disaster Recovery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing in-house tools that support our Incident Command and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house tools that support Disaster Recovery, Incident Command, and SRE teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Ensure application reliability and performance through testing, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Stay updated with industry trends and participate in code reviews to continuously improve tools and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience of over 3 years as a back-end or full-stack developer, with a focus on back-end development using Golang, Python, Kotlin, or Node.js
- Strong understanding of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL and NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
Nice to have
- Experience working in a Disaster Recovery or SRE environment
- Familiarity with incident management principles and tools
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Previous experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
