Role Overview:
- Lead and manage a project or program work stream and its deliverables within a project;
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and is willing to take on
responsibility;
- Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities developing impactful content
and demonstrating commercial awareness/acumen;
- Be familiar with methodologies and conventions for creating business cases and can develop
business cases for the project and / or change initiative(s) ensuring that client needs have
been identified and conveyed;
- Be aware of technological products and solutions available on the market and has awareness
of their strengths and weaknesses;
- Engage in the development of your area through operational activities such as: recruitment,
Learning & Development, Talent management, Engagement and / or people and
performance management processes;
- Leverage knowledge of latest technology to develop solutions within own technology /
process area with appropriate involvement of others.
Job Description - Grade Specific
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert for the client specific application of the client
processes;
- Analyze and redesign processes within the area of expertise in a specific client business--
context and drive Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM) alignment within the area of
expertise;
- Drive performance improvement by applying best in practice standards and innovative
process improvement methodologies;
- Actively contributes to the development of new tools, offers, points of view and
methodologies;
- Contribute to development of transformation assets documentation (like DGEM, GPM);
- Leverage knowledge of latest technology to develop solutions within own technology /
process area with appropriate involvement of others;
- Have strong understanding of business context for the analyzed data, can draw insights and
makes relevant recommendations to drive process improvements;
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (at least 4 years) and very strong end to end process knowledge within
the following area: Order-to-Cash (O2C) with very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environment ways of
working;
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset and experience with proven benefits
delivered to other clients through different CI techniques;
- Experience in project type of work, with frequent Client interactions (i.e. workshops,
presentations, trainings, project work);
- Transition experience;
- Good knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle;
- Good understanding of non-ERP process supporting tools – its functionalities and offered
benefits (i.e. Cadency, Blackline, Service Now, Jira, Tradeshift, Ariba, Coupa, Rimilia,
Webcollect, High Radius etc.) as well as Intelligent Automation solutions and Robotics
Process Automation capabilities.
