100 MOST ADMIRED CEOS IN ROMANIA 2025

BUSINESS Magazin, with the support of Undelucram, is creating the "100 MOST ADMIRED CEOs IN ROMANIA - 2025 EDITION" catalogue.

The ranking will be published in October and will be based on the votes of company managers and representatives from the business community across all industries, from multinationals to newly established local companies.

Note: The list below is not BUSINESS Magazin’s list of nominees, but rather a working list that we update annually with leaders and founders of companies present in Romania. If you have new suggestions, please add them.

Voting is confidential. However, for the integrity of the voting process, we ask you to provide your details and a corporate email address where available.

To vote, select 10 people - company executives or entrepreneurs in the Romanian business environment - whom you admire. A maximum of three representatives per company may vote, provided they hold top management positions (a fact that will be verified when the votes are counted).

The working list is compiled based on criteria such as company size (revenue, number of employees), public recognition, community involvement, and engagement in the business environment. In the event of a tie, we will use publicly available data on financial performance, investments, and social involvement to determine the ranking.

If the people you want to vote for are not on the list, you can add them in the "Other proposals" section. Their absence from the list does not mean they cannot receive enough votes to rank among the top and thus be featured in the catalogue.

Please note that the term “CEO” is used here in a generic sense — the list may also include founders, presidents, or general managers.

Voting period: August 18 - October 1, 2025
