Adecco Professional & Executive Search Division is looking for a Back-Office Officer - part-time contract. Our client is an engineering company whose activity field is selling and offering technical support for equipment from manufacturers who are global leaders in their fields. 

Responsibilities:
 
  • sending newsletters to customers
  • creating and translating commercial offers/documents (RO-EN, EN-RO)
  • documenting external information
  • creating presentations letters
  • introducing in the database (CRM) clients reports and updates

Requirements:
 
  • CRM knowledge
  • English language - proficient level

  • attention to details
  • organization skills
  • motivated by learning and acquire new skills
