  • Coordinates the entire recruitment process: formulates and posts the recruitment announcements, performs the selection of CVs, schedules interview candidates, holds primary interviews, administers the tests and draws up a short list with the respective candidates;
  • Maintains liaison with the associated recruitment firms;
  • Write and post employment announcements on media channels (social media, online recruitment platforms);
  • Participates in the organization of different events (teambuilding, trainings, conferences, Christmas parties, etc.);
  • Internally communicates informations regarding the human resources department, the benefits offered by the company etc;
  • Maintains liaison with temporary workforce agencies to ensure staffing needs based on company needs;
  • It presents the ROI to the employees;
  • Participate actively with ideas to motivate employees;
  • Comply with the Internal Regulations and the Organization and Functioning Regulations;
  • Actively manage relationship with Universities and Technical Schools job fairs, internship programs,visit of schools.
  • Plan and execute actions for retaining employees : organize non technical trainigs, suggest based on external reports a salary policy, organize and support PPP’s evaluation of employees, advise and coach career paths.
  • Planning and execute actions for increase brand awareness of Psi Control by exposure in social events, use social media, active involvement in social events in local community.
  • It mediates, reconciles and investigates the various conflictual situations and the discipline of work that appeared in the interpersonal and labor relations;
