We have an amazing opportunity for a Masters graduate searching for a promising career in Human Resources. You will be enrolling into the Honeywell HR Pathways career program, which consists of 3 rotations across our HR organisation, each rotation being 12 months long.

In these roles, you will be given the opportunity to experience different geographies and businesses within Honeywell in dynamic HR generalist and specialist capacity as well as participating in different HR Projects.

HR Project Specialist:

  • Be involved or lead HR projects related to the planning, coordination, and execution, from inception through to delivery.
  • Regularly monitor, review and report the progress of HR projects in various forums on all key metrics to ensure we are on track; identify potential risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions to sponsors or leadership
  • Ensure that the all project documentation is produced, maintained, and shared amongst everyone connected to the projects.
  • Support global or EMEA initiatives related to data collection and/ or validation
  • Analyse best practices and gaps related to the EMEA HR model, processes and activities; identify improvement opportunities and share recommendations for future initiatives; partner with other centers of excellence in the rollout of such initiatives
  • Act as HR generalist for an identified HR Generalist population
  • Co-own and actively coordinate the EMEA Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) activities and list of actions to ensure delivery by owners
  • Proactively support research activities with Workstream owners to build upon existing internal and external network partnerships to promote the Honeywell agenda
  • Qualifications:

  • Masters degree qualified – ideally in HR, or people relations, or business management.
  • Previous HR Experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Efficient communicator, with a high level of interpersonal skills, able to challenge at senior levels, and resolve conflict.
  • Excellent powerpoint, and excel skills, ability to manage, and present large amounts of data.
