Ideal candidate:

  • University degree in Law;
  • Minimum 4 years experience in legal field;
  • Experience in conducting legal analysis and research on various legal matters;
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian Law, Public and Private International Law;
  • Strong analytical skill is needed;
  • Ability to draft and review documentation such as contracts, policies, procedures;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (including legal terminology);
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks by importance;
  • Initiative and excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • High level of autonomy and independence;
  • Reflexive personality, calm and patient;
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Description:

  • Gives quаlified opinion rеgarding lеgаl documents and аctivitiеs of thе company;
  • Mаnаges both thе intеrnаl аnd externаl lеgаl resourcеs of the compаny;
  • Gives gеneral consultancy regarding company’s policies, contracts, negotiations, disputes and employment;
  • Conducts legal analysis and legal research on various subjects by utilizing diverse resources and selecting the relevant material;
  • Reads and reviews contracts and other legal documents and makes sure they are drew up properly and in accordance to the applicable laws;
  • Prepares drafts of legal opinions, memorandums and other documents;
  • Identifies and analyses comprehensively all legal issues and provides the best possible legal solution in the given situations;
  • Makes sure all the company’s proceedings are in compliance with the requirements of the law;
  • Collaborates with other departments of the company (e.g. Sales, HR, Accounting);
  • Supervises and informs about laws and other legislative provisions that may impact the company’s activity;
  • Keeps company’s archive (both electronic and physical) organized and updated.
