Your Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations within the accounting department.
- Ensure accurate financial and management records in compliance with local legislation.
- Lead internal and external audits; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Analyze and interpret financial data; prepare financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement accounting procedures and ensure timely tax compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments and maintain regular communication with portfolio clients.
Your Profile
- At least 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in consultancy or audit.
- Strong grasp of Romanian and international accounting standards and fiscal legislation.
- Proven team leadership skills and a mentorship mindset.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel capabilities.
- ACCA, CIMA, or similar certifications are a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Problem-solving orientation and strategic thinking.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- University degree in Economics, preferably in Accounting.
