How did the interview go?

Interviul a decurs normal. Procesul din spate a fost insa pe dos. A trebuit sa aflu singur unde se afla firma. Odata ajuns la etajul unde este biroul, usa de la intrare era incuiata. Intamplator, m-a auzit cineva din interior care nu parea ca stie ce caut eu acolo. Mi-a deschis. Am intrat intr-o zona a etajului unde erau cativa angajati care stateau cu lumina stinsa si putina lumina naturala, desi era miezul zilei. Am fost lasat singur intr-un birou cu un laptop in fata si mi s-a zis ca interviul va fi cu cineva din alta tara dar si fizic, insa persoana care trebuia sa fie acolo la ora interviului are o sedinta. Mie la telefon mi s-a spus doar de interviu fizic. In fine, nu e asta problema. Cand am terminat interviul video a sosit si cealalta persoana cu care am continuat interviul fizic. Mi-a displacut felul în care am fost abordat, "zi-mi de fapt de ce vrei sa pleci", "lasa ca stiu eu ce fel de munca aveti voi acolo(se referea ca stie ce fac eu pe actualul meu post la actualul job)". Mi s-a zis la final ca voi avea un al doilea interviu pe baza unui test ce consta in transformarea unor date din excel in statistici si grafice, explicand anumite probleme/situatii. Am cerut daca se poate sa primesc fisierul saptamana ce urma, deoarece era prea din scurt, de azi pe maine, sa ma ocup de el. S-a insistat ca trebuie neaparat saptamana in curs. Am fost de acord si a ramas ca voi fi sunat de HR pentru a stabili urmatorul interviu. Am fost sunat, am stabilit. In ziua interviului, observ ca HR nu a trimis linkul pentru interviu. Ii scriu persoanei de la HR, era out of office. Scriu contactelor lasate de ea, primesc random linkul, fara un "scuze de greseala", nimic. Excelul in sine conține multe informatii. Eu unul nu am avut timpul necesar avand in vedere ca eram foarte ocupat la job si nici nu a existat flexibilitate sa mutam pe următoarea saptamana. Chiar si asa, sunt constient ca nu am facut totul asa cum se dorea. Observ insa, ca si la alta companie, asteptarile sunt ca persoana intervievata sa stie tot ce trebuie sa faca, dinainte sa inceapa sa lucreze, deci practic sa nu faca greseli. Recunosc, am facut mici greseli, sau am uitat ceva anume la una din intrebari, dar astea sunt lucruri care se pot remedia, se pot invata. Nu e ca si cum mi s-a dat un excel si eu am venit fara niciun slide, doar sa dau din gura. In fine, nu inteleg de ce toata lumea se așteaptă ca atunci cand cineva aplica, sa stie absolut tot. Si eu am facut angajari la randul meu. Consider ca este important sa vezi daca candidatul arata ca intelege despre ce e vorba.
