How did the interview go?

It was a very poor and frankly embarrassing interview experience. The HR representative, despite having a Romanian name—probably of Moldovan origin, which I mention without prejudice as I have Moldovan friends—seemed deeply disinterested and disengaged. She spoke in a whisper, barely audible, and gave the impression that she was disgusted or bothered by everything. When I asked about the benefits, she mentioned meal vouchers and then went silent for several minutes. I inquired about the project, but received only a vague and unhelpful description.

I was supposed to receive the interview link 30 minutes in advance, but it never arrived. I had to call three times just to receive it, as if I was the one desperate to get hired, not them looking for people. Toward the end, I waited to be asked about salary expectations, only to be told the offer was 3,500 RON plus meal vouchers—presented as if it were a favor.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience with both the recruiter and the company. I do not recommend them.
