How did the interview go?
1 technical interview — which was great, full of technical questions and scenarios related with day to day activity. The interviewer was very profesional and skilled and you can have an interesting conversation with him about technical subjects.
The second interview was with the manager which is a very arogant person. He showed up late to the interview and he was totally unprepared. He didn’t read the resume in advance, he didn’t checked the salary expectations which were previously confirmed by hr as being in their buget. He asked me to have a face to face interview in their office and after 1 hour of conversation he gave me an offer which was much smaller than what it was agreed with HR. He told me he didn’t discussed with the HR department and the salary intervals provided before the interview are not even close with their real budget. For me it was a waist of time to come to their office and talk with a person than in the end told me that money doesn’t matter and it will be a great opportunity for me to work for them
